Dear family, I am so very sorry for your loss which is also my loss as Peggy is my first cousin! Her daddy Richard Moore and my mother, Alice Moore Tolson were siblings and raised together by their paternal grandmother. I knew Peg as a fun loving cousin who along with her birth family visited us for one week every summer in Vincennes, IN. She also went to IU at same time I did so it was fun seeing her on campus.
