My sincere condolences to my dear friend Anna and her family. Gene will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

We will surely miss Gene. A true friend with a servant's heart. In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who first loved us ... we know that nothing can separate us from the love of God.

I am going to miss you so much! And I have many, many wonderful memories of you...like you were the only person I'd ever met who ate peanut butter...and who ate jelly...but couldn't stand the idea of eating them together in a sandwich! I will miss our conversations over coffee, watching and competing at "Jeopardy" with you, and laughing at some crazy observation that only you would make! I could not have asked for a better husband to my sister, or beloved uncle to my children. Rest in peace, brother. You may be gone, but you are forever a part of my family. 'Til we meet again...
